To help potential clients, I’ve provided answers to 10 of my most frequently asked questions.

1. What services do you offer?

Aaron Coney / Hustle Matters Studios offers graphic design, logo design, branding, social media marketing strategy and web design services to clients worldwide. 2. What does it cost to work with you?

I do not have a set price list, but remember you're not simply hiring me to "design a graphic," but rather listen to what you need and put together a unique proposal based on those needs. The best way to get a quote or more information is to send me an email outlining your requirements. From there we can line up a time to discuss in more detail.

3. What exactly will I receive?

That all depends on your needs! However in terms of deliverables this could include: logo files, stationery, style guides, web files, social media output and so on.


4. How long will the project take?

This depends on the exact needs of the project but once I've scheduled a time to begin, I pride myself on a quick turn-around. A "usual" branding project could take up to 2-3 weeks. This can be done quicker if necessary, but I generally recommend at least two weeks for most projects (not including social media / event flyers), to ensure that the creative process isn't rushed and the end result is the best it can be.


5. What does the process involve?

The design process is never linear, but in short my process goes a bit like:

Listen to the client  >  Research  >  Proposal  >  50% Deposit  >  Conceptualizing  >  Rendering  >  First Presentation  >  (Potential) Revisions  >  Final Presentation > Final 50%  >  Delivery  >  Support


6. Can we still work together if we live in different states / countries?

We sure can! Business is international and ours will be conducted via email, phone and video chat as needed. And of course, if you are in the L.A. area it would be great to meet.


7. Do you do all of the work?

While in the past Aaron Coney has been the sole designer of all creative — in an effort to service more people we have added a small handful of other part-time creatives (graphic artists, designers, video editors), each with a strong / unique skills set, that collaborate with Aaron on projects as needed. However 80% of the time, you will be working directly with Aaron, unless specified otherwise.

8. Have you done any work in 'our' industry?

It's a good possibility! I've done creative work for a variety of industries including Education, Entertainment, Tech, Fundraising, and even helped out in the Nonprofit space. I have developed a unique specialty in Music, TV/Film and Sports Entertainment — however the specific industry isn't as important as you may think! I adapt my skill, research and process around the client’s needs and respective industry until a creative solution has been found.

9. How do you accept payment?

For most projects, I request a 50% down payment to schedule in work. I accept payments via Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. The exact details and terms will be provided in my proposal. The final 50% will be paid upon completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork.


10. When can we get started?

I try my best to only take on a few projects at a time to ensure that each client gets their deserved attention. Please send me an email to check on availability.
